Customers will be provisioned at 1.5Mbps/128kbps,3Mbps/768kbps, or 7.1Mbps/768kbps speeds according to Xecunet LLC's standard loop qualification guidelines. In general, customers with loop lengths less than 12,000 feet will receive the 3Mbps/768Kbps or 7.1Mbps/768Kbps service; those with a longer loop length will be provisioned with the 1.5Mbps/128Kbps service.

Xecunet LLC offers DSL connection speeds up to 7.1Mbps depending on the service for which your line qualifies. In either case, this means that your initial connection to our network will be up to the maximum speed for your service (either 7.1Mbps, 3Mbps or 1.5Mbps). Throughput speeds (the speed you experience when you download or upload files) will be lower than connection speed. The actual speed of your service will depend on a number of factors like the condition of your phone line and the wiring inside your location, Internet or network congestion, and the speed of websites you connect to on the Internet, among others. Actual connection and throughput speeds and uninterrupted use of the service are not guaranteed.
